Running or jogging releases endorphins within our body/brain. These endorphins cause, for some reason,happiness/joy/etc causing what people would call a “runner’s high”. So whenever someone runs or jogs, they become “happy” due to the endorphins working. This “happiness” somewhat makes them forget about their problems/worries.
